Well then, what did I do today? I made this so I wouldn't have to write.
Boo to me.

Today I created a new message board to avoid writing. Tomorrow, i have to go back to work. I think I'd rather be writing.
I did manage to pull out a thousand words in between refreshing this damn board to see if anyone else has posted/joined.

I went back to work today after a two day break. As i don't have access to the net at work ~I managed to get quite a lot of writing done. I should be transferring my notes onto Word but to be honest, I can't be arsed. Don't look at me like that. Look, I've taken the pads out of my pocket and I promise, I'll open Word in a minute. I need another drink.

I rewrote chapter 6 today and hopefully, I shall be transferring my notes onto here possibly before I get too drunk to see the keyboard.
in other news, Willie Meakle (sp?) said Mark morris is a nice guy so I asked him to be my facebook friend.

I started another chapter yesterday, one I was looking forward to. It's an intense action chapter, very little dialogue. The chapter has already been summarised, I did that last month. So... Why the bloody hell can I not pull out the correct words? Everything I've written so far for this chapter sounds clunky, nothing gels. Christ on a bike, it's only meant to be three thousand words, I should have had this knocked out within a few hours. I KNOW WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN! Bugger. Oh btw, thanks for the email last night Ade, really cheered me up.

I forgot to mention, I bullied (begged) my wife to buy me a 1/76 airfix Panzer IV tank yesterday. I'm reliving a part of my childhood. 25 years ago, I could build one of these in a couple of hours. I wonder how I'll do this time.
If you're reading this Mr. Dizzy, I'll post you the glue when I'm done with it.

It's funny, you sit down ready to write a chapter that is all mapped out, you know exactly where it's going to go, it should be a breeze to write...and it's a battle. A day on a medieval rack would be easier. I know exactly what it's like! If it winds you up too much, leave it to one side for a bit and get on with a fresh chapter. You'll come back to the difficult one later and find it a bit easier to get on with. Works for me sometimes.

I did one better. I went to work and the words just flew out. I've come back with 2500 words plus the finish all ready to be typed up into the PC. I feel so happy I could shit.
Oh and can you believe that the bastards have re-imagined The Wombles?
Another piece of my childhood torn out of me.

First part - great news. See, Tesco is good for something, after all.
Second part - wombles reimagined? Who's done this?
