The story I have. Start, middle and end. This is my first script. As a person I am not the most chatty of people. What eludes me is the dialogue . The whole plot and story I have pictured. Just wish my dialogue would flow more. Any advice ?

Just wish my dialogue would flow more. Any advice ? Hi Cavallo. Welcome to the forum! ;D Regarding dialogue advice...well, it all depends on the characters in your story. Their dialogue has to reflect/show their backgrounds, age group, nationality, personal history...so many factors. But it can also be the most enjoyable part of character creation. One thing that's helped me in the past is to listen in on people's conversations - in the pub, a restaurant, queueing for a bus, etc - you'll get some interesting nuggets of conversation, and you can ask yourself: what does that tell me about this person? Then you can add bits of that real life person into one of your characters. The workplace is a great area for this as well. Hope this helps.

Find some people you trust. Share your work with them. Thee might well be someone on the forum here who would read through it with you.
To be honest, being a - shall we say - more mature person..... I'd be no good at writing dialog that has "street cred". So I'd make sure my characters didn't have any!

Tell us some more about yourself and what you're working on?
