My name is James Lecky and I am a long time fan of British Horror both on the page and on screen.
Glad to be here.

Hi James and welcome to BHN. I liked the analogy from your latest blog entry. I must admit, I can write a full novel in the style of Lionheart, yet I breakout in a cold sweat when I sit in front of the crude prose and attempt to cut silk.

Hey James. Glad to have you on board. I'd watch out though...people seem to disappear off into the ether after their 'introduction' post around here. Let's hope the same mysterious disappearance doesn't happen once again. P.S. I'm going to get another telling off from Ian now....I just know it!

Rest assured, I have a terrible tendency to hang around and comment on subjects that I know very little about. (just ask the good people at SF Reader and The Workshop of Filthy Creation)
Ian, thanks for visiting the blog: any articles I post there about writing should always be taken with a pinch of salt (if not an entire Siberian mine) since they are all from a very personal perspective and I know that what works for one writer doesn't always work for another - still, I reckon that if you're gonna exorcise personal demons then you might as well do it in some form of public.
Thanks for the warm welcome, folks.

I've been visiting the blog for quite a while sir. For some reason Mr. Google seems to direct me there for a whole manner of strange queries.
