I hated 'Dying Words' and haven't gotten around to reading 'Unmarked Graves' yet. P.S. Aren't you the guy who's running the Hutson fanpage on MySpaz? But you don't know the name of his most recent novel! Sorry...just seems a bit bizarre is all.

This thread got buried in the off topic section so I've moved it here into it's rightful place.
So read Infected by Scott Sigler. Great book.

High Seas Cthulhu from Elder Signs Press
(It's a Lovecraftian antho. They're doing a volume 2 that I want to write a story for, and I want to make sure I don't get too close to something that's already been done.)

Richard Layman - The Cellar.
You know, this guy just seems to have thing for kids and sex.
I know that sounds controversial, and I don't mean he personally molested them or anything, but in the last book of his I read there was some sexual content around kids (All Hallow's Eve).
In The Cellar we get more. It sure is squirm inducing. Don't get me wrong, it's not hardcore, some wouldn't consider it software, but when you get around to throwing in a line about little girls bodies - I consider whether I should be going on........
Anyway, I'm pushing forward. Other than that it's pretty much your bog standard Layman novel thus far. I'm only 75 pages in.........

Well, I finished off The Cellar this evening. So I've been going through my pile, looking for for my next adventure. I came up with my first Shaun Hutson! I have 9 Hutson novels on my shelves (they're very easy to find secondhand). I have Slugs, and Breeding Ground, and to be honest those are the ones I'm most looking forward to reading. However this time around I've decided to go with "Deathday". Why? Well, the cover of the copy I have is way better than the one shown here for starters. Secondly it's a good chunky 383 pages. Thirdly I've not read any "ancient amulet" stories in my journey thus far (although I own a few). So in I'll go tomorrow!

I'm reading Cern Zoo from the Nemonymous series.
As usual, the standard of story is high!
