Really going to be worth following the auction, even if you don't intend to put in a bid. As FD says, that Festering proof cover is the real treasure - oh, along with the Bamboo Guerillas White Album, of course.

It's a long story. Me and Ebay fell out. Nothing to do with an auction or bid - just their insistence that I throw away a 100+ positive feedback (no negative) because I moved country. Twats.

They recently updated their rules & regulations to allow more flexibility with users accounts. Might be worth giving it a try again. I had a problem with them regarding my email address contining my username (Dreadlocksmile) and after 6 months of them refusing to accept my email address, they now allowed it. Ebay can indeed be twats. But it's a good place to pick up rarities etc. Oh, and if anyone's interested, there's also a copy of 'Human Sacrifice' going for cheap on there at the moment: cgi.ebay.co.uk/GUY-N-SMITH-X-4-P-B-BOOKS_W0QQitemZ220489418987QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Books_Fiction_GL?hash=item33563188eb&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

Ah right. I avoid ebay like the plague normally. I've bought a few bike parts off there simply because I couldn't get them from anywhere else. But I've never bought books or anything else, not least because of the ridiculous postage charges.

I'd be interested to know how many copies there were of the alternative Festering cover. Probably as few as 4, in which case it would almost be worth me buying 60 items I already have just to get that one ;D But the way things have deteriorated in Smithland since GWP's involvement began has tainted my love for all things GNS somewhat

If you buy them, I'll give you £20 for 'The Hangman', 'Bamboo Guerillas' & the two 'Truckers' novels...

Hang on a minute - I offer to buy the "extras" off him, and now you're outbidding me. Is this Ebay or a horror forum? ;D

Vaughan...serious question now. How much would you be willing to spend to get all of those books minus the two framed prof covers, 'The Hangman', 'Truckers 1 & 2', 'Werewolf By Moonlight' and 'Bamboo Guerilla's'? We could club togther and get the lot if the bidding doesn't go too silly.

I'm guessing - since my Internet was lost for a week - that the auction is dead now......

For anyone who doesn't yet own a copy of GNS's debut novel 'Werewolf By Moonlight', I'm putting up a copy on eBay stating at just £14.99: cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270472631850I recently managed to pick up another copy of it in better condition, so my first one is now going under the hammer...

Wow, I got lucky. A member of another board knew I was a GNS fan and just gave me their spare copy of Werewolf by Moonlight. :-)

Wow, I got lucky. A member of another board knew I was a GNS fan and just gave me their spare copy of Werewolf by Moonlight. That's a very generous gift!!! Nice one. We're currently saving for the twins...and as such I'm trying to scrape together all the extra money I can. Fingers crossed there's a bid or two on the copy I put on eBay.

Remember that batch of GNS books that sold the other week on ebay? They're being resold by the person who bought them. Mediocre copy of white Bamboo for the bargain price of just under 50 quid What a charlatan
