Any fans here of Jessica Hamilton (who has also published as Ken Greenhall in some markets)?
I think ELIZABETH and BAXTER, in particular, are extraordinary books., Both published in the UK by Sphere.

I think Jessica Hamilton/Ken Greenhall is an extraordinary writer of very dark prose. I wrote a small blog about her/him here: phantomofpulp.blogspot.com/2009/01/underrated-coroner-of-evil.htmlBAXTER was made into a great film film; ELIZABETH, CHILDGRAVE & THE COMPANION have never been filmed. They are all first-person accounts of evil people (or animals). Very well written. Tense.
