I thought I'd start a thread for folk who are looking for a particular book. Maybe another member has it and is willing to trade or may know where a copy is.

Yeah, only Night of the Crabs has found its way into my collection, so I'd like the others too....
Along with GNS's Locusts, Thirst..... and a LOT more.
Basically, while I have a few "When Animals Attack" novels, there are many many I don't have - so if you have one of those it's worth PMing me to see if I need it.

Well...one of these days I'll go through all the books in my attic and knock up a list of the duplicates for you (as previously promised). Crabs wise - there's always LOADS of copies of all of them on ebay which you can pick up for 99p each plus P&P. It's worth finding a seller that's selling a load of GNS books and get a big old bunch of them all together. Saves on P&P costs.

Promises promises promises. ;D
I'm not a member of Ebay - we had a falling out.........
So you all don't think it's about money.... here's my (brief) story......
I was living abroad, and I created an Ebay account. Once you give the country you're living in when the account is created, they make that account in THE LANGUAGE OF THAT HOST COUNTRY.
I muddled along, but the payment screens where in this language, and Ebay would send me messages every now and again that I couldn't understand. Oh well, fair enough.
I had an account with over 90 positive comments, and no negatives.
So anyway, I moved back the UK. I didn't want my account in a foreign language anymore. I contacted Ebay and asked them to make the change........................ guess what? They REFUSED. That told me I simply had to create a NEW account.
But what of my comments and 90+ positives? Oh, you lose those, just start again. Wtf?
We went around a bit, but I got nowhere. So I abandoned the site because, basically, they have zero customer services and don't really care about the people using their site as long as they're making money from them.
Rubbish.

Promises promises promises. Did you not receive this fine collection of books from me not so long ago: There's usually just a bit of a delay with me is all. I'm a busy busy bee I'm afraid. But any 'creatures on the rampage' books I find doubles of will be flying your way squire.

I sure did. I've read three of them thus far: Night of the Crabs, Bats out of Hell, and Deathbell. I'll probably go Demons next. Fine books indeed!

I'll probably go Demons next. You'll like 'Demons' mate. Not a patch on 'Deathbell', but still a jolly good read.

I'll probably go Demons next. You'll like 'Demons' mate. Not a patch on 'Deathbell', but still a jolly good read. Sequels rarely are, but this is a good read with a very interesting set-up. It uses the theme of flooding Welsh villages for reservoirs, sadly very common occurence in the eighties - no other novel I can think of has taken this theme. There are some very creepy underwater sequences in this 'drowned' town. Not a patch on Deathbell but still well worth a read. And the Manics covered the theme in the album track Ready For Drowning...

Alas, I think you'll have a job obtaining Bamboo Guerillas, The Ghoul and The Truckers. (Boast boast: I have a signed copy of The Ghoul that I found in a Cambridge charity shop, boast boast ) I remember reading The Saxonbury Printout years ago and thoroughly enjoying it. Must track it down... Is it that rare now? Then I shall see you on the Field of Bidding Battle known as Ebay, good sir! ;D

I have been reading a lot of horror books that use mythical creatures such as pan. I also like slasher type books.
